In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "rv999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the rv999 platform and its operating entity licensed under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" means the rv999 website accessible at rv999.bio, including all subpages, services, games, and betting facilities made available through it.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the rv999 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the rv999 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in your rv999 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional, welcome, reload, cashback, or other non-cash credits credited to your Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered on eligible games before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, region, or territory from which access to or use of the rv999 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or rv999's internal compliance policies.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by rv999 prior to approving withdrawal requests or as required by regulatory obligations.

By accessing, registering on, or using the rv999 Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form a single binding agreement between you and rv999.

These Terms & Conditions take effect from the moment you complete the registration process and click the confirmation checkbox during account creation. If you are accessing the Platform without a registered account, these Terms apply from the moment you first load any page of rv999.bio.

rv999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register an Account and use the rv999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rv999 operates a strict 21+ policy across all its services. Persons under the age of 21 are expressly prohibited from registering, depositing, playing, or claiming any promotional offer on the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual player and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether imposed by rv999 or any third-party responsible gaming programme — that remains in effect at the time of registration or continued use.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of rv999 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must not have had a previous rv999 Account that was suspended or permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.

rv999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your eligibility at any time, including but not limited to identity documents, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When completing the registration form, you agree to provide information that is:

• True, accurate, current, and complete in all respects;
• Not impersonating any other person or entity;
• Not using a false identity or fictitious name.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify rv999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. rv999 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

rv999 reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any existing Account without being required to provide a reason, particularly where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 have not been met.

rv999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time and is subject to the operational policies of the respective payment providers.

All deposits are credited to your Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200, unless a specific promotional offer or payment method specifies a higher minimum. rv999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

Deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. The use of payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited. rv999 reserves the right to reverse any deposit where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily verified and to request supporting documentation at its sole discretion.

• Deposits are generally credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• In cases of payment provider delays, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Deposited funds used in gaming are subject to the applicable game rules and fair play policies of rv999.
• rv999 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts as a responsible gaming measure.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Account dashboard. All withdrawal requests are subject to rv999's KYC verification process. Players who have not previously completed KYC will be required to submit the following documents before their first withdrawal is approved:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing the registered name and number);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by rv999's compliance team.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Standard withdrawal processing time is within five (5) business hours of approval, though actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the payment provider.

rv999 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request, particularly those involving large sums, unusual betting patterns, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or abuse. Such checks may temporarily delay the processing of a withdrawal request.

rv999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet promotions, and VIP programme rewards. All such offers are subject to these general Terms & Conditions and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

The following general rules apply to all rv999 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• A player may only claim each specific bonus offer once, using one Account only.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are only valid for play on the rv999 Platform.
• Standard wagering requirements for welcome bonuses are 30x the bonus amount on eligible casino games. Sports betting contributions toward wagering requirements may differ — please refer to the specific promotion page for details.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting).
• rv999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using arbitrage strategies, or exploiting technical errors — will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Players who have opted into the rv999 VIP Programme are subject to the additional terms and conditions of that programme, which are available on request from the VIP support team.

The rv999 Platform offers a range of gaming and betting products including, but not limited to, live casino games, slots, fishing games, crash games, and sports betting on cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and other events. Each product category is governed by the rules of the respective game or market, which are accessible within the game interface or the sportsbook.

All casino games on the rv999 Platform utilise a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) independently tested and audited by accredited third-party laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel. rv999 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so given the independently operated RNG systems employed by our software providers.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where the specific market rules provide for a cash-out facility.
• rv999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at an incorrect price, or following a technical fault.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, suspended, or otherwise not completed as scheduled, the specific settlement rules for that market will apply as published in the sportsbook rules section.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. rv999 reserves the right to restrict bet limits on individual accounts at its discretion.

rv999 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or any other technical disruptions on the player's side that may affect the outcome or completion of a gaming session or bet.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the rv999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money funds where applicable law permits), and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity information;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other mechanical or electronic aid to participate in games or place bets;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or Platform feature for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption in relation to any sporting event offered on the rv999 sportsbook;
• Using the rv999 Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of IP address obfuscation;
• Engaging in any behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward rv999 staff or other players.

rv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements or KYC verification;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotions;
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment provider;
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder;
• Inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, rv999 will endeavour to complete the investigation and notify the player of the outcome within 14 business days. Where an Account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the Account may be withheld to cover any losses, damages, or costs incurred by rv999 as a result of the breach, subject to applicable law.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification requirements.

rv999 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all player interactions. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for a minority of players and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions, after which the platform will prompt you to take a break.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the rv999 Platform. Self-exclusion requests of 6 months or longer are treated as permanent by default and cannot be reversed before the stated period expires.

rv999 maintains a strict 21+ age policy and employs technical and procedural safeguards to prevent underage access. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately closed, all deposits refunded where possible, and all associated winnings forfeited.

By registering an Account on the rv999 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. rv999 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary for the provision of platform services (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers), or where required by law or regulatory authority.

rv999 retains player data for a minimum period of five (5) years following account closure, as required under international anti-money laundering regulations applicable to our gaming license. After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

All content on the rv999 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the rv999 brand identity — is the exclusive property of rv999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rv999 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform;
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Using rv999 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of rv999's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may be subject to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rv999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the rv999 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or game malfunctions beyond rv999's reasonable control;
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Inaccuracies in odds, markets, or game information resulting from data feed errors from third-party providers, where rv999 has acted in good faith to correct such errors promptly upon discovery;
• Any loss arising from your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude rv999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. rv999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

rv999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, rv999 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect.

Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the rv999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to arrange account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

The version of these Terms & Conditions that governs any dispute is the version in effect at the time the relevant transaction, event, or action giving rise to the dispute occurred.

In the event of a formal dispute between you and rv999 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, the matter shall be escalated to rv999's compliance and dispute resolution department. rv999 undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full written response within 14 business days.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under rv999's international gaming license. Both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts designated under that license framework for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process.

rv999 is an internationally licensed gaming operator. All gaming operations are conducted under the terms and regulatory standards of the applicable international gaming license under which rv999 is authorised to operate.
